Each item is handmade, just for you! With that said, we do not accept returns/exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, such as it being damaged /defective or incorrect item received, please contact us via email, with photos attached, within 72 hours of receiving it. If not notified within 72 hours, we are not responsible. Should your item be damaged/defective or incorrect, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email for you to send your item back. It is the customer’s responsibility to package and print the pre-paid label. Once item is received back a refund with store credit will be issued. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, tag attached (if item had tag), scent free, pet hair free, and smoke free !
